The Mystery Image Explained

For this article entry I have decided to select Renaissance art for my topic of choice. These objects of art originated from the Renaissance period of history. This period of art is commonly recognized for its complex and ornate architectural patterns. Those paintings which have emerged from this time span were frequently commissioned by the church and as a result, customarily boarder upon religious topics. The influence of the church upon art at this period of time was exceptionally powerful and acceptance of one's art by the church establishment was instrumental in securing success as an artist.

Lawsuit Against Dr. Dre Dismissed!

Oh well!

We're finally going to get to see him in all his glory! Let's hope they don't eff it up!

There's been a lot of speculation about who our web-slinging friend will be up against in the upcoming Spider-Man reboot, The Amazing Spider-Man, but it appears that finally, the villainous cat is out of the bag, and it's a doozy!

WARNING: SPOILER ALERT.

Co-star C. Thomas Howell may have inadvertantly reuined the surprise when he began discussing his minor role in the feature, and let it slip that Spidey would be up against the Lizard during a fight scene on the Manhattan Bridge!

Holy shiz!

He explains:

"There is not a whole lot to talk about. Sony wants us to be hush-hush right now. I play a relatively small role. I play a construction worker who's son is caught in the middle of a battle between the Lizard and Spider-Man on the Manhattan bridge. Spider-Man helps me get my son back from this perilous situation. There is some payback there at the end of the movie. Spider-man is kind of hurting. I help him when all of the other people won't. Part of the story is, the nation thinks he might be a bad guy. They don't know what to think. Because of my experience on the bridge with my kid, I know he is a good guy. I pitch in and help out at the end. That is the best way."

NICE! That scene sounds seriously AWESOME!

And we're definitely down for the inclusion of the Lizard in the franchise (FINALLY!) so long as they don't eff up the CGI!

But to be fair, everything we've seen from the production so far, we're feeling!

What do U think?? Are U excited for the Lizard to make his official live-action appearance??

These days, we've got DVDs, CDs, MP3s and the world wide web for all our music desires. But not one of these would be possible without the advent of the record player, one of the more important components of entertainment electronics ever. It was so pioneering that after its invention in 1877, almost one hundred years went by just before it was replaced by newer technology.

Crosley Record Players And The History Of The Phonograph

I can't tell you the number of times that audience members, (both men and women) have come to me after a concert to tell me that "secretly" they have always wanted to sing. Perhaps they dreamed about it in their younger years. Maybe they began to study and learn about singing as teens. But then along came another career opportunity or marriage or motherhood and singing took a backseat and then exited the car altogether.

Why People Rush For Kenny Chesney Tickets

Electronic drum sets have been here since the late 1970s. Those early electronic kits include arm-damaging hard rubber pads and produced synthesized bloops and bleeps that sounded more like the movie Star Trek than anything ever produced by an acoustic drum. The novelty of synthesized sounds soon wore off, to be supplanted by digitally recorded sounds - so called samples of traditional acoustic sounds. Today's electronic drum sets utilize digital samples of big-sounding acoustic drums insert into a memory chip and triggered by the striking of an external pad.
